About
Morgan Fletcher (pronouns: she/her) is a strategic communicator who has led narrative-shifting work to advance gender and racial justice by centering the leadership of Black girls and gender-expansive youth of color in the United States. Her work experience includes leading the communications strategy for a national campaign to center the needs of Black girls in the 2020 presidential election and beyond, building and operationalizing communications teams from the ground up, and organizational development.
In November 2021, Morgan launched Fletcher Ventures, LLC, a boutique consulting firm specializing in supporting progressive nonprofits in building mission-aligned communications and marketing teams and executing dynamic communications strategies.

Values
Morgan is committed to racial and gender equity and has aligned her career with her progressive values by amplifying the movements led by cis and trans women and girls, and gender-expansive people who are fighting for a more just world. She believes that a Black radical feminist approach (i.e. intersectional and inclusive) centering those who are most marginalized is the only way towards a shift in our dominant cis-hetero culture and, subsequently, our collective liberation.

About Ladies Get Paid and Art Girl Army:
Ladies Get Paid's mission is to help women advocate for themselves at work, embrace their ambition and take control of their careers.
Art Girl Army is a diverse community of cis women, trans women, and non-binary and gender non-conforming creatives who believe in their work, in themselves, and in each other passionately and unapologetically. AGA provides a digital space to facilitate collaboration, provide job and networking opportunities, and share resources. On the ground in NYC and LA, AGA provides in-person events for creatives across various artistic fields.
